At Andersson & Sørensen A/S, we specialise in manufacturing of 0-series and prototypes, as well as larger series. With our broad composition of employees and their competences, we are the perfect partner (from idea to reality). We are adaptable and innovative. We have our own assembly department that can handle almost any assembly task. Laser engraving of most parts. All parts can be delivered with a measurement report from our own 3D coordinate measuring machine

Andersson & Sørensen A/S is built on the competences and experience of our employees over 110 years as subcontractors to our customers in all industries. Almost all employees completed their apprenticeship with the company and many have celebrated their 25th anniversary with us. We have trained around 150 apprentices over the years. This gives us stability. Our goal is to have the best employee competences on the market. Only in this way can we create the innovative solutions and ensure the high quality that A&S is known for with our customers.

We have competences within:

CNC programming and operation of CNC machines, as well as experience using the tools that are optimal for the process
Precision manufacturing of parts with very small tolerances, so the customer can be sure that the overall result will be perfect
Turning and milling of parts used in the medical, aerospace, camera and other industries.
EDM of parts with wire thickness down to 0.1 mm

We can deliver in series from 0 to 10,000 pieces.

Andersson & Sørensen’s employees can work in almost all materials within our field. The combination of a coherent machine park and competent, creative employees gives the company great flexibility. A flexibility that allows us to make quick changes in the process if the product requires it, and a service our customers are always aware of.

Complex parts can be manually worked according to the best craftsmanship traditions and with great professional pride. We still use files and we can also braze.

In the 110 years of Andersson & Sørensen’s existence, the company has only changed ownership four times since the two founders. According to the company’s articles of association, the owners must consist of employees of the company. This protects the company’s know-how and helps ensure stability.

We can machine parts in the following sizes:

CNC milling 5-axis up to 720 x 520 mm.
CNC milling 3-axis up to 1000 x 610 mm.
CNC turning up to ø65 from bar.
CNC turning up to ø250 in cartridge.
Wire EDM floor plan up to 500 x 250 and 425 mm in height.
