CONFLICT mineral POLICY

Andersson and Sørensens Eftf. A/S dissociates itself from the use of resources that may have contributed to conflict or human rights abuses, which includes conflict minerals, hereinafter referred to as 3TG. 

Andersson and Sørensens Eftf. A/S dissociates itself from the use of resources that may have contributed to conflict or human rights abuses, which includes conflict minerals, hereinafter referred to as 3TG.

Andersson and Sørensens Eftf. A/S disagrees with resources that may have contributed to conflicts or breaches of human rights, which also includes conflict minerals, then 3TG.

Currently, columbite tantalite (coltan, niobium and tantalum), cassiterite (tin), gold and tungsten (tungsten) and their derivative minerals extracted in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and in neighbouring countries, defined in HR 4173 - Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act Section 1502, are included in 3TG.)

Andersson and Sørensens Eftf. A/S does not buy 3TG minerals directly from mines or works.

Andersson and Sørensens Eftf. A/S expects all suppliers to comply with the Dodd-Frank Act and to be able to provide all necessary declarations upon request. 

If a supplier fails to comply with these requirements, Andersson and Sørensens Efts A/S will review and assess whether it will conduct business with this supplier going forward.
